We have a standard flat rate delivery fee of $10 AUD for orders under $100 within Australia.

New Zealand

Shipping fees start at $15 AUD for orders being sent to New Zealand. 

International 

Asia Pacific:

Shipping fees start at $18.85 AUD and increase dependant on the weight of your order.

North America: 

Shipping fees start at $20.95 AUD and increase dependant on the weight of your order.

Western Europe:

Shipping fees start at $23.95 AUD and increase dependant on the weight of your order.

Rest of World:

Shipping fees start at $31.75 AUD and increase dependant on the weight of your order.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

International orders being placed outside of Australia may be subject to duties and taxes which are applied by customs. All duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer once the parcel reaches its destination. Umalas will not be held responsible for any duties and taxes which may be applied in the country where delivery is being made. 

If a customer refuses to pay for any duties or taxes held on the order, they will not receive their order. It remains the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the original shipment costs, import fees and cost of return to sender. Should the order be return to sender, this amount will be deducted from the customers return credit note. 

 

HANDLING:

Our online store is based in Melbourne, Australia and operates between Monday to Friday. All orders will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the next business day. All orders will be shipped via courier postal service, Sendle.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their details are correct. If the package is return to sender due to incorrect details, Umalas will not be liable for the redelivery costs. We can arrange a refund of the items less the original shipping costs or arrange the redelivery at the expense of the customer. 

You will receive your items in a cotton mesh produce bag, perfect to reuse for your fruit and vegetables on market day! All orders are posted in compostable packaging. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Unfortunately once the order has been processed we are unable to accept cancellations at the request of the customer. Please get in touch at hello@umalas.com and we will assist you as best as we can.
